Shirley Mae Mikkelson

Shirley Mae Mikkelson, 87, of Viborg SD passed away peacefully at Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home in Viborg, on April 19, 2022. A Memorial service will be held at 1:00PM Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Hansen Funeral Home In Irene. Graveside service will follow at Hillcrest cemetery in Irene.
Shirley was preceded in death by husband Van, and son, Perry. Survived by son, Paul and (Susan) Mikkelson, two grandchildren, Kelsey Montreal and Skyler Mikkelson, and four great grandchildren, Mikayla, Ava, Kameron and Sayler. Also survived by sister Carla Hacecky, and sister in law’s, Bev Amundson and Lee Mikkelson. Shirley was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Services will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022, 1 PM, at Hansn‘s Funeral Home in Irene, South Dakota.
